Cool/Interesting/Oddball finds on CL

Poor guy has been trying to sell that thing for years.
He should simply keep his piece of "family history".

Ford didn't want it & it failed for a good reason.

I was just about to say this has been posted on and off for a very long time. I'd own it but not at that price...

I lost the CL listing, but read up on this bored and stroked 1977 BMW in an old magazine I found. Apparently it was featured a lot back in the day, and they said it felt like a Mustang Cobra R. Car must have sold by now.

I like imports without the impact bumpers.

More power and torque than an e28 M5.

^^^ I think you can. My friend has a larger helicopter than that one
she keeps at her Plymouth, MI farm. Unlike a airplane, you don't have
to file a "flight plan".

We simply jump in & fly!

Yup, you need to keep it under a certain altitude and can't go into certain airspace (airports, military etc) but otherwise just jump in and fly. I thought about buying one to take to work but they said I couldn't land in the parking lot or the roof of the parking structure. LAME

Correct, when we fly near Metro Airport, she has to
radio their tower for permission to enter their airspace,
normally not any problem.

The travel time / speed to get most anywhere is awesome fast
and efficient.
