put this together with the slant 6 and the over drive 4 speed and you would have a cruiser that would pull over 20 mpg city and around 30 on the highway
and I know where an aluminum slant 6 is

Too bad it is a 4 door...You can always tell when a car is a 4 door because they'll never show a side view of the complete car in the main photo. Sometimes they just don't show anything past the front two doors at all...

That's my buddy John's car. Same guy I got my station wagon from. He's big into four door & wagon sleepers.
I saw this car for sale at a show about 15 years ago or so. At that time it still had the 273 in it and was a very clean original car. Almost bought it for about $5,000. With the money he's got into putting that stroker in and everything else plus the A/C, it's probably a decent deal, even being a four door. But yeah as Dennis said it's been for sale forever.
