Cooks, whatcha' been cooking?

Time for the ribs...

cooking for over an hourf @200*. Then to the heat to carmalize the sauce layered on about 4 times for 20 minutes.

Not quite long enough, and need a new sauce, the one i tried was bland once cooked down. They were still pretty damn good. THis pic is coating 2.

My first attempt at ribs!

I LOVE Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, the sweet & spicy is the best IMO but all their flavors are good.
