Converting Fox from stock 4 lug to 5 lug disk brakes

Ive been tossing around the idea of converting my car over to 5 lug and going with the 13" Cobra brakes. Now I have a friend with the rotors and calipers for both the front and rear, I would just have to get the other supporting hardware to make it work. As far as the front I know I would need to get 94-95 spindles and balljoints and maybe different brake hoses. For the rear I am stumped though. Is there a company that makes a bracket that will bolt to the stock rear axle to be able to mount the cobra brakes or would I need a completely different axle? Can I just order new 5 lug axles that are stock length or do I need a specific axle? I also read about having to gut the stock Prop valve or putting in an adjustable one, and possibly a different master cylinder. Anyone with some advice/suggestions? Any help appreciated..

For the rear conversion there is a company called North racecars that sells a offset bracket so you can keep your stock length drum axle. http://northracecars.com/5lugreardisc.html As far as the master cylinder and prop valve you may find a need to check into piston size and the correct prop valve since you will be using such large calipers in the front. North racecars can help you with that as well. I have dealt with them before and they are awesome.
