Concrete Work - Driveway/Sidewalk replacement

A friend has a brother in Michigan and needs to have some work done to the sidewalk/driveway area. I don't know to what extent the damage that needs to be repaired or replaced but they are looking for recommendations. Do we have any sponsors that do that type of work or does anyone have any recommendations for a Licensed and insured company?
 
Probably be about four months to get an estimate. The cement guys are about to fly south for the winter.
