i'm trying to download a video from my digital camera to my computer, how do i do it? I usually use hp photosmart to download pics and it keeps on trying to do that? It get 60% done then says pics cannot download
when you have your camera connected (or media inserted into the computer) you should be able to go to "My Computer" and select the removable drive then just copy and past in a file. Thats how I do mine...
