Complete Tremec 3550 setup for a fox mustang

I have a complete Tremec 3550 setup for a fox mustang. Comes with perfect condition 3550, aluminum bell housing with clutch fork, Steeda tri-ax shifter, clutch cable, firewall adjuster, billet quadrant, Used but great shape centerforce DF clutch and pressure plate, 50oz flywheel, 5 speed pedals, trans yolk, trans cross member. Hey dom i will tell your the 3550 is a great trans. The only issue is that it wont fit in your trans tunnel on the comet. I had to weld a 67 mustang tunnel in mine to make it fit. That posses factory carpet issues unless you have a console.

Not trying to ruin a sale just giving you heads up on possible issues.

Yes to say the least i was pissed off when i couldnt make mine fit.

how much tq can a 3550 handle

IIRC it was rated at 350 which I felt was underrated. I went high 9's with one and had hundreds of passes on it before it needed attention. Great transmission for the most part. In the end I twisted the input shaft, broke the output shaft then blew up third gear which made a mess. After that I switched out to a c4.
