common sense diet tips

Q...I meet you a couple years ago in GR...I was the ONLY MM guy that raced at your event. I was with my wife (green Hummer)...and nephew...
I remember you, name was Dom I believe. You came to the fastest club race at Martin. Give a shout the next time your in the area, we will go grab a drink.

Dom quick question. When you weigh your food do you do it raw or cooked?

cooked meats....vegtables raw...I cook so MUCH chicken I just jsut cut it up into pieces and weigh it out...then through into tupperware into the fridge. Cook on Wednesdays and Sundays...I make ALL my food on those days. Easier to set up meals

Ok riddle me this Dom. Kuclo has told me he does the same thing, in that he cooks his "proteins" twice a week unless its fish. How do you prepare your chicken? I primarily use my Foreman and my chicken seems to get very dry if I lay over for a day let alone two or three. Whats the secret?

I'm getting ready to bump the cardio way up past reccomended doses in a quest to shed another 5% BF by the end of summer. I also have a wicked 200/100/50 carb cycle in store.

I think I need you as a personal trainer, lol. I have been training for about 4 months now. I have gained about 10 pounds. I can see my muscle gains, but I can also see my fatty gains, especially in my stomach.
It is hard for me to grasp everything that needs to be included in a perfect diet for me. I need to sit down with someone and have it explained.

I broil mine, 10 pieces at time. then put them in a containter. They dont seem to dry out that much.
