Comcrap question

I told them straight out that if they do not remove the 10 per month I will be cancelling my service. The only problem I have is the only other service in my area is satelite and it doesn't work that well as I have a wooded lot. They are supposed to call me back when they contact the rep who told me that.

Complete bullshit. I hate ComCrap.
 
they are full of shit, i just got it myself like 6 months ago....

whos telling you that? once you get it, you call into activation. they will get it going.
 
That's what I said. She said when she put the serial # in the system it said incompatible device. I showed her on their website where it says it is. She says it isn't.

I really hate these people.
 
Usually the actual field technicians are pretty good, everybody else is scum of the Earth.

Just went through this myself. I bought a new house and transferred service, all is well 4 months later internet goes down I call them they say sir you don't have internet, bs its worked for 4 months now it doesn't, come to find out the old ass modem they were charging me for was out of date so tech support could add it but then Comcasts system would delete it, after dealing with this 3 times I bought my own modem and haven't looked back, also save 10 bucks a month.
