Cobra aode?

Anyone here have any experience with installing an AODE auto in 96-98 Cobras.What all is involved? I would go c4 but they dont have OD & I would like to keep some driveability.

Yep done it. Find an automatic v6 or Gt car and grab the pedal assembly, shifter,wiring harness stubb GT only and drive shaft and cross member.
 
Thanks for the help,This is all new to me & its been very hard finding info on it.
Now I just need to figure out what eles I need for the c4 swap.Performance automatic has a kit, BUT I think I can do it for cheaper than what they want.
 
Oh Hell yeah, U can do it cheaper....

Big Bell C4 Housing....

Move yer mounting brackets forward(the ones on the subframes)....

Speedo gear needs to get changed to the Auto ones...

Not too bad a swap....

Myself, I'd go with a 4R70W and either a Manual VB or a Baumanator...

Use a 94-98 Auto shifter/Cable for the C4...Ya might have to do small mods to get the linkage on the trans to work....
