Clutch (Interlock) Safety Switch Bypass

How can I bypass this on an 87 Mustang? The car won't start I think this may be the issue. It keys on and powers everything up, but isn't sending the signal to the solenoid. Which wires do I connect to each other? BTW, it starts up fine with screwdriver across the solenoid.

unplug the clutch switch, and jump the 2 wires to each other
