cleaning injectors? 39lb ford racing blues..

hey im about to pull the 03 cobra injectors out of my regal to do a better fuel rail and i was trying to see what you guys do to make sure they are clean? is there anything i can do off the car to get out any gunk or debris that COULD possibly be in there? or is there any way to tell by looking at these perticular ones if they need a good cleaning?

im not too familiar with these ford injectors, i actually have 2 extras laying around (i have a v6) but i figure if im already taking the rails off and they are just sitting there i wanted to do some new o rings and make sure they are all up to par and flowing consistantly

any help would be appreciated

Take them to CPR and let them clean/flow them.

run a bench test with a pump/beaker/fp reg and bucket of injector cleaner, and a stop watch
