Civil Infraction Conference

Anyone ever schedule one of these "conferences" with a police department for a speeding ticket and if so, what was the outcome?

Yes I did with one in Waterford court and it went great.

I came in and waited for a few until they called my name. I just went up to the counter to talk to someone (didnt have to go to a private room or anything) about what happened and before I even had a chance to say a word he said due to my good record he would drop the charge down to a $50 parking ticket. Went well for me. I paid and left, was a 10 min process at most. Good luck!!

My driving record is not so great.... Damn! probably wont go well ...thanks for the info though

I just did this last week in Livonia. No points , but i had to pay a fine. Everyone who went and saw the police rep first received no points , everyone who fought the ticket , got the points and the fine.
