Anybody work at a Chrysler dealer?

My uconnect is bad I think it needs to be replaced. Dealer told me I'd need an appointment which is like almost a week out at the dealers I've called and I was told 5 day turnaround on the job.

Many times it doesn't come on - screen is just black. A lot of times the bluetooth will not work.

Anybody?

It my need a flash up date or it will be the radio. They may try and flash it first.

Push front defrost and driver up and down temp at the same time to get to the data screen for your level.
Depending on radio I believe it should be 14.9 or 16.8 I think for a nav 8.4

That sucks.

Mine turns off all of a sudden and then back on at random times. Used to do it frequently and then it got better. Happened again the other day. Also a 2017 300S.
