Chevy aftermarket Bow-tie blocks

Does anyone know any specs on these blocks such as hp ratings, displacement capabilities (sbc)????? Or does anyone know were i can get reliable information on them. I searched for a few hours tonight and nothing. I read someone said the block could handle no more then 600 hp, and then another site said as much as 1500hp. Thats a big diff! Just curious cause i found what i think is an absolute steal for a brand new in the crate sbc bowtie block. Someone help me!!!!!!PLEASE!!!
 
They will take more like the 1500 range and they have like a street version and some that are more of a Nascar block but that requires all custom parts
 
There are tons of old Chevy's SB & BB stock block, stock crank going 8's and 9's. I just dont know the specifics.
