Chevy 383 tune up/ carb adjustment

A friend is looking to have his 81 Camaro with a 383 tuned up. It has a Holley carb. Basically the car was built 10 years ago or more (not sure). He hasn't driven it much but wants to get it running well again. Looking for recommendations on a reputable shop to get the car road worthy again. I suspect the carb may need a rebuild. No backyard mechanics please.

I was gonna offer i only have 30 years on holley carbs but i dont have a shop and he said no backyard mechanics

That comment wasn't meant to offend. Sorry if it did. The guy that owns the car is not really a car guy. I don't have possession of the car either so I can't bring it to someone's house.

I'll talk to him and see if that's something he can do.
