The inside was doing the same. It was ballooning toward the center. The other three wheels are starting to do the same. Cheap bastard only bought one tire!

I ask myself that every day at work. Car comes in with overheating issues and theres a huge garbage bag infront of the bumper.... Hmm... I think it needs an injector flush!
 
i used to see that once a week when i worked in a tire shop. i was there for 6 years.... ive seen a ton. one time a customer came in with a cracked rim and i broke the bead of the tire to dismount it, the rim fell out of the tire in two pieces and the tire was still good. no impact bubbles or anything. also working at many import dealerships ive seen some completely clueless car owners out there. at the Benz dealer, we had a customer drive in second gear ALL the way to the dealership (about 100) miles because the engine was making a funny noise. no shit bitch, its revving out at 7000 RPM. she cooked the trans in an SL..... not a cheap repair.
