anyone know were i can get a cheap orbital . nothing fancey just something very inexpensive since i will leave it around work and it may be used by other i don't want to spend a lot. online or instore is fine

These are a cheap as they get. If you want to spend less, start looking for something used at a swap meet/ebay/craigslist. you can go with a cheap macchine like this for infrequent use, but I strongly recommend buying good pads for a quality job.
