Cheap 93 cobra in dayton beach on CL

Doesn't want to tear into it, but it already has cc/cc plates, intake, SN95 alternator, and a rotting quarter panel....but he doesn't want to moleste it.

Don't forget changing the heads and a slew of gauges.. Kind of wonder why he changed the processor and the mass air… Cobras were deferent..
Car looks pretty damn beat for that price...

hmmmm

if its not real he did a damn good job on it

No crusie control on wheel
Rear disk brakes
Not to mention this is a rare car, they only made 185 with this combo Teal
with black interior

look at the grill, it looks like a cut out GT bumper with the cobra insert

^That's how Ford did them. Looks real to me, but how the hell does a Florida car get rust? I mean I've heard of them rusting on the roof cuz' the paint burned off, but never the bottom. Price is high even for that car IMO.

^Holy crap guys, you're really tearing this apart, lol. The wiper switch looks fine to me, the guage overlays are a very common upgrade. Carfax should show any odo foolery. It's a nice, rare car, the black int/teal ext. was the rarest of all Cobras, just a bit abused and overpriced IMO.

The cowl plugs have overspray on them. The 1/4 rusting looks like it's from a bad repair. I can't tell from the picture, but I bet if you looked a the 1/4 window molding it's got overspray or a tape line

Its real, I have bought parts from this guy off of corral, if you click the picture the user name is urbanknight, which is his username on there. I purchased a brand new NOS dry kit from him for 300 bucks still in the packaging Real good guy to deal with, was prompt with shipping and answering emails. He also has a NOVI 2000 blower setup for sale on corral for 2 grand. my guess is he had big plans but needs money :dunno:

The rust is due to the sunroof drain. You will see FOX cars with sunroofs rust there because of where the drain is. It's kinda stupid, but another reason I don't like sunroof cars.

It's probably real, 93 Cobras did not have Cruise Control, but almost all the other mustangs that were "loaded" did have it. The vin would tell for sure if it's real.

Heads too?? I didn't read his rambling of mods, but he'll never sell that as an unmolested Cobra.

Yea I was bored yesterday and looked over that long ass add.. Roush 200 heads... Don't think they are better than the GT-40'S that came with the car...
I'm sure the car is real the SVT build certificate says it all.. Anybody looking to buy a SVT vehicle should always ask for the certificate if they don't have it then I would think there is something fishy about it, they should always go with the vehicle IMO

Damn I did not even see all this stuf you guys are pointing out.... maybe i should and offer him 4500? Teal on black cloth it NICE
