Changes to the coupe

Cool Steve- glad to see it will fit under the existing hood. Should be a nice little weekend driver:thumbsup:

I changed the plan again........Wow, I feel like a phuckin' woman!!!!!!

we are no longer going with a blow-thru carb setup. I am now going with a "Big Stuff 3" system, 95 lb injectors, 90mm throttle body, elbow, Converting my super victor for injection, and a Magnafuel EFI fuel system :)

That was a great step in the right direction IMO.

Yeah, I thought I was going to be saving some money by going the route of the blow-thru, but when you add everything up, the EFI stuff is only a few hundred more. The blow-thru carb alone was going to run me somewhere around $1200, then with the FAST wide band and data logging option, and the carb hat, I was over the cost for the BS3 stuff.

Sounds like a bad-ass set-up.

Well, still no pics yet.....

But, the pistons will be here Wednesday, the cam should be here by Friday, and if all goes well I should be able to build the short block within the next couple weeks.

Heads, intake, and throttle body are being sent to the turbo company to build the turbo plumbing, and modify the super victor for injection.

Also, the fuel system is just about done. Gilsbach Racecraft did an absolutely amazing job on the fuel cell.

I'll post pics of this stuff as soon as I can.

:headscrat:thumbsup: i wasnt the only one telling you that i see.

The EFI was a great idea. I wanted to suggest it before, but for some reason guys get pissed about that suggestion. It's the way to go with boost if you want to drive it on the street and cruise it.
