Cars Buried in the Ground

Car Henge, for those of you who are unfamiliar it is in Alliance, NE. Way out in the pan handle. This is stuff from the trip I mentioned in The Pub, the 4200 miles in a Focus.

Car Henge is just supposed to be a replica of stone henge, but made out of cars. The other stuff out there just kind of spawned from car henge I guess. The random old Fords are labeled the Fourd Seasons. Two of the cars are labeled as time capsules if that was difficult to read, might be without looking at high res. Then the yellow roof thing is a mock mass grave site for foreign cars.

I have no idea what spawned the Caddy Ranch. Some rich guy that was bored I think is the only explanation for that.

Pretty cool art form I guess, A lot of those car probably had a lot of useable parts, Looked like a lot of them had drivetrains.

Every car I looked at the bottom of still had the drivetrain in it, actually. Most of them seemed like they were probably pretty beat up and rusty but who knows how much of that came before or after being buried and stacked
