Yes... Front axle of a dana 44.... I had the truck in 4Lo going up a hill with the gas floored... Hit some rocks and the front end went up came down and snapped it... U-joint held up... Just not the ears of the axle...

You need to slap a Gopro on/in the honey badger and get some video of it tearing through the trails, looks like it would be a blast!
