Hi guys,
We are looking into getting a lot for Woodward again this year. We have a call in for the lot we had last year. It is at Doug's Party Time liquor store just south of 13 Mile. We are suppose to hear from him on Monday. We would like to know who is interested in a spot at that lot. I think there is about 18-20 spots. We will bring the canopies, grills,food and I am sure there will be a couch or two. We plan on asking $75.00 per spot. Please keep in mind that this would cover both Friday and Saturday nights. The owner did let us park there all week last year. There is also a bathroom for our use in the store. And being it is a party store, we can purchase beer, liquor, ice, ect. The store is located in the heart of the cruise, and we are nearby Duggan's, McDonalds, Chicken Shack and so forth. Again, I need to stress that we do not have this lot yet. We are suppose hear from the owner on Monday. If we do get the lot, we will need payment immediatly for the deposit. Please let me know if you are interested.
