So this dumbass I know (ME) forgot to drain the gas on his brand new 4 stroke trimmer last fall and went to start it up today.. yea she dont run so good.. I drain the old gas out and tossed in some fresh mixed in a little 110 octane give a little boost.. it'll run but no power and forget throttle.. is there something to run in the fuel that clean the gunk out of the carb or am I looking at taking the carb off and cleaning it all out..

I know with my awesome Ryobi 2 stroke when it does that.... I just drop it on the ground, and it seems to work good after that. :dontknow:

Take the 110 out, it will make it run like crap. That motor is not high enough compression to use that fuel it will burn super slow and cold and run like donkey balls. some fresh regular pump gas is what those motors a designed around.

Lmao, I ran left over c-16 in my mower all last summer. Ran great

well i tossed some in the fuel yesterday and it started clearing up a bit.. i stopped on the way home and filled the can with some fresh juice so we'll see how that works out on monday after the trimmer has sat for a few days with the seafoam charged fuel sitting in the carb.

I dumped some in the Super10 as well I know that fuel system could use a good cleaning and i think the has in it is kinda old too.
