I can not believe someone hasn't purchased this place yet.

I'm even tempted to grab it. I think its priced too low, can you
imagine what it would cost to replace that property if it were built
today?

Is the property the teardrop shape between lloyd rd and 23. This would be perfect if I was moving home but looks like the house could use some updating.

Depends what you call "updated". The house have been very well maintained,
newer roof, windows, doors, water system, whole house gen. appliances etc.

Exactly, I would much rather buy a house / estate like this for a bargain deal and
"customize" as I prefer.

270K buys a basic house in this area, you're not going to normally get 11.4 ac. or
3 very nice additional buildings. It is rare to even find a house that is truly move in
condition - this one is.

No one house is everyone's "dream home", but this one qualifies for many.
 
No shit, give that man a prize!! Just thinking for why it hasn't sold yet. I wouldn't care, put $100k into the place and it would be awesome. I am half tempted to make an offer on it even being 2000 miles away. I need to talk to my family that is back there.

How is the property(11 acres) that it has?? Looks like the house/buildings sits on maybe 3 of it??

I believe more that 3 acres are open, but there is a good amount of woods.
