Car bein a bitch!

ok, so i go to start my car yesterday mornin and it took a good 10 seconds to start it after some hesitation, which at first i attributed to the cold weather, so i go to see some old friends at the high school, and when i rev it up to scare some kid walking behind my car, a nice cloud of BLACK smoke rolls out.

Any ideas as to what could be causing this?
 
Its running REAAAAALY rich. Maybe your ECT or IAC are acting up with the cold weather.

Also if you have a leak in your exhaust your O2's might be wigging out.
 
ok, thanks for the input guys, i was startin to worry that it was a head gasket which would royally piss me off. Damn 4th gen f-bodies
