car alarm sponsor? need some info...

I’m looking for someone who is good with car alarms.
We’ve got a 97 Firebird that has a dealer installed GM alarm system.
It hasn’t worked correctly since the car is new.

What I’m looking for is a shop or someone who can install something that will work correctly.
Operate the door locks, trunk latch, the basics.

Do we have a contact here on the board?
Car is located in Plymouth, if the alarm will let it start, could bring the car in.

My very good friend owns a car tunes location on telegraph Road. I can get you connected with him if you would like. He's probably one of the best guys around that I know in regards to car stereo and alarms.

Heres the wiring diagram for your car. Its pretty simple to hook up an alarm if you have some basic wiring knowledge. Yours will be even easier since there is no anti-theft in the key.

Thanks for that, I did see when I was hunting around.
I'll have to see what the owner wants to do, she's had the car since new and complained that the alarm hasn't worked right since.
It's only got 22-24k on it, pretty nice car, old lady bought it for her retirement gift...
