Can you mount a regualtor sideways?

I pretty sure you can just looking for some reassurance I need to mount my nitrous regulator on its side for it to fit right. I don't see this being a problem but wanted to see what others felt about it..?

you can mount it upside down if you want, it wont make a diff

Thats true.I have mine mounted sideways for a stand alone application works fine.
