We installed a mild cam, headers, x-pipe w/ cats, catback, and CAI on an LS3 and it picked up almost 100 RWHP and ran 11.23 @ 129 mph on stock runflats.

The mods listed are the only mods. He just needs a tire now.

I've heard of a few with 150 shot and tires running mid-10's.

Very impressive. I guess it could be just a cam and tires, with a good driver and a good track.
