C4 converter I.D. help

Does anyone know who makes this converter? It's a 9.5" and it has these numbers stamped on it

Looks like a Dynamic.

Was told its a Coan

Coan would have another set of numbers. They start with the year manufactured, and they keep records of every converter sold/who it was sold to/what it was built for.
Look for more numbers.
Zoom in closer on those stampings.
