Mike and Kyle hustled up and powder coated (30) of each bracket for me. They are going on some refrigerated trailers at my customers. The pieces will be the nicest things in the enclosures.

We typically have everything painted, but Mike and Kyle beat our standard suppliers price and lead time.... Anyone having stuff painted should have these guys quote powder first!

Thanks guys!

they did some prototype hitches for me awsome turnaround time and great pricing if we get the project they are gonna be busy 750 pieces

Looks nice! What are you doing for surface prep, mech. blast or chemical etch?

Sometimes both. If the surface has paint/powder on it when we get it, we usually use a powder coat/e coat chemical remover. Then after that we sandblast it. No matter what we get, it always gets sandblasted. Even if someone brings us a part that is already blasted, we run it through the blaster again. After the part is completely bare, we chemical prep it to take out any oil or grease that could be on the surface of the metal. (just by touching it with bare hands leaves oil).
