I keep telling myself that about all my cats and Khan. I don't even want to think about the day any of them aren't with me anymore!

I guess he swallowed the knot and some of the rope well it got lodged in his tummy and the rope was tangled in his intestines. So the next day i drop him off and by the time i got to work i had like 30 missed calls my phone was on silent. So i flew back up there and they told me how bad his intestines where and they could try and cut pieces out and add pieces here but there would be no guarentee he would live and it was gonna cost between 2000-3000 dollars which i didnt have. So i had to make the hardest decission of my life and had him put down. The fucked up thing was that little ass licked the nurse before surgery and not me. I sat with him for like 45 mins while he was knocked out on the table untill they put him down. :sad:

Just got back in this thread. Man....sorry to hear that. That's awful. My friend has a female boxer. She's smaller than most boxers...anyways...she ate her blanket that was in her crate. When he got home, he noticed she was feeling funny, then he noticed the fuckin blanket was missing. He didn't understand what happened to it, then he realized. Luckly, the surgery fixed it. I do not know how much it cost, but I imagine as much as your dog's surgery would have cost. I think he had to borrow cash from his family to pay for it. That sucks that dogs do stuff like that.
