Buick T-Type

Looking through some pics and decided to post a few up. I have some I've been trying out different wheels. Im thinking I should keep the chrome GN wheels on it. What do you guys think? I only have two tires on my GTA wheels right now so they are on the front only right now. I wanted to get an idea how they looked. It doesnt show up too well in the pics, but the GTA's were powdercoated by C & S powdercoating, and they have a multi-colored glitter over them that looks pretty cool. They just look grey in the pic.

wow that looks really good!

is that the grand national? im not to knowledgeable with cars..this just looks like one
... i think

the inline 6 3.8 turbo right?

regardless..looks really clean and this is the only car that has pulled off this paint color in my opinion.

T-Types are the same thing as Nationals, but with a choice of color. V6 turbo car with an intercooler. All the things that make them fast are the same. Thanks for the feedback. Im thinking, by the time I go to the My Mobile show on the 28th, I'll put the GN wheels back on. Im going to bring a couple "Buick" friends with me on the 28th, along with other friends with a 69 Camaro, 67 Chevelle, and a 79 Chevy Step side pick up. Should be a fun day. I'm looking forward to it.:icon_mrgr
Hope to see some people out there. This will be the first time to a club event with my Buick, so Im hoping nothing gets in the way of it

T-types were usually a little faster than GN's also, but good luck getting anyone to believe you. They usually came with aluminum wheels and bumper supports which were a little lighter than the GN counterparts

Nice T - I love these Buicks

Any Pics of your buddy's 67 Chevelle. I love those too - LOL

Looks just like yours, but a hardtop with cragars on it. Also has a 454 in it. I talked to him yesterday, planning to be at the car show the 28th.

Thats what this T is. Low optioned (AM/FM cassette with a power antenna, tilt, cruise and rear defrost.) Came factory with alum. bumper supports and rear alum brake drums.

Here's a vote to keep the chrome GN wheels. Nice ride!

BTW - what is the name of that paint color?

Black Cherry Pearl

It looks soo clean with the GN wheels. However, it looks sinister with the black wheels. I vote for the black (not gta's), remove the chrome caps, and pick up some black lugnuts.

The GN wheels ftw!!! I love that stock look with the sticky tire. Just turn around the front tires (white letters in). Beautiful car.

GN rims then the GTA rims. But I have a nice set of 6 Tel-stars I'd sell ya. 2 front runners with tire and 4 15X8. One set with slicks the other with BFG radials
