Yeah. If this had a solid front axle, I could see it stealing a lot of sales from the Wrangler providing it's priced lower. Contrary to popular belief, a lot of Wrangler owners do go off road. Still may be rugged and capable for all I know.

I'll be checking them out on the lots. I have a Rubicon, I am sure that Ford would love to have a Wrangler owner take one out for a drive.

4 door, White, Hardtop, 3.6, Auto, Bigger Screen Nav Radio, Winter Package. Tried to keep it under 40k like the last one we found. Not easy to do, that Kick-Ass 8 speed auto cost $2800, the nav was $1500. Skipped the tow package because we never used it, skipped the 2.0 turbo because I don't hear anyone raving about them but it is cool that there is no upcharge if you want it. Definitely no diesel, it was pricey and so is filling a tank with it.

should have waited for the 392 ......
 
It's for my wife. She wasn't happy when I told her that the 8 speed trans makes it faster. "I don't want to go faster..." Women like wierd things like the little jeep on the windshield...heated steering wheel... Radio size, knobs... She got in a demo and immediately asked how to preset radio stations... We then drove around the building...once..... She then says.."it's definitely faster...". We never went over 15mph.

either way thanks for buying a Jeep ( I work there), I’m sure the wife will enjoy it. There are a lot of rebates on the truck currently as well.
 
Official unveiling July 7. Which also happens to be - you guessed it - OJ Simpson's birthday! I am starting a rumor that Al Cowling is going to drive out a white Bronco, then OJ is going to jump out of the back seat. He is going to say "I might have got away if I had this truck!".

Well, it would be pretty cool if they did.
