8 HP horizontal shaft Briggs generator engine with the correct tapered shaft for generators. Came off a Homelite generator, which is a very common rebadge of many other 4000-5000 Watt gennies. Usually the engines die before the electrics, this one went the other way. Motor has great comoression and spark, and a clean carb. I have not fired it up lately but it ran a few years ago. No fuel tank or any other generator parts, just the engine and one of the engine covers.
