Brief intro and a small boring idle vid :)

I guess this is somewhat an intro and a first video. I have a 2002 cavalier Ls Sport with a 2.2L Ecotec

Last season the car made a best pass of 13.5@108 without the ported head, cams, forged internals etc but I threw a rod the year before and feared doing it again on a stock block. So I started a build but ran into a bunch of issues along the way. It's finally done and in the car. I started the car for the first time this weekend and here's a vid after I backed it out of the garage.

Around 33 seconds is where it stops the cold start and goes into it's normal idle (I can't adjust that with hpt, the cavy adjustments suck compared to f-bodys) so it'll just have to lope I guess ;)

I ran into some issues last night though. Really bad noise on decel, sounds flywheel/clutch related so I'll pull the trans in a few days and see whats up. Hopefully nothing too major.

Hope to be done soon, shooting for mid 12's on drag radials :)

I meant to post this in member's rides & video section, if someone could move it for me that would be great. Thanks!

The cars always been supercharged. I'd go turbo for bigger numbers but I love the instant boost and s/c whine makes me melt.

uluz2a6 I'm around the 11 mile/Harper area. Pretty close to the Lakeview H/S I'll post more pictures later, I still have some work to do. Had a rattling issue during decel and the flywheel was somehow coming loose. Just put the trans back in tonight so I should have it running again tomorrow.

Right now the car is NA, I'll probably put the supercharger back in on Sunday and retune it.
