Break Shop tonight- waiver

To everyone with a paid spot at the break shop. The landlord is requiring us to have everyone sign a Hold Harmless Waiver. We were suppose to obtain liablilty insurance, but no one would write a policy, so we have a waiver instead. Please make sure you see me tonight to sign it, and also make sure you have your parking passes. If you haven't gotten it yet, I have them at the lot. Jim is out there now, (or possibly at Duggans looking at the Camaro.)

Since I would like a shot at this lot next year, and not get kicked out this year, people are signing waviers :)
 
what is the break shop? what would you be doing there that you would need liability insurance but can't find a carrier?
 
So if a fight breaks out or someone slips and cracks their head open the owner won't get sued.
 
It is special event liablilty insurance. When I could get a quote it was more than we paid for rent, and one guy was talking about Lloyds of London policies.
