Brake Shop Lot Woodward and 13 1/2 Mile

This was touched on in the Woodward Lot #2 thread, but I wanted to start a seperated thread so that it will get noticed.

Starting today, Monday August 13th only those people that paid for a spot or are invited by myself, Jim, George, or Gary can park in the lot. The Private Property No Trespassing signs are going up today and it will be strictly enforced. At this time the lot is full and we cannot have paid for spots taken away by people who didn't pay. Of course people are more than welcome to walk onto the lot to look at cars, just not park there. Thanks for understanding.

I am not trying to be a hard ass about this, but this is not a public lot. It is private property. On Friday there were some people parked out there who didn't want to move unless the police were called. Once more people got out to the lot they left. People paid good money for their parking spots and they shouldn't have to worry about anyone, Motown Muscle members or not, parking in their spot.

Carm, I just confirmed Ed will not be able to make it with the Ultima. He ended up selling it and the guy is picking it up tomorrow and taking it back to DC. So it and Ed will not be at the lot.:sad: So you may have one extra spot if you guys wanted to sell it again.

Are there any spots for me to park my Envoy somewhere in the back and how much would it be? we would like to bring the baby down but would like to have the truck somewhere close if we needed it. Again, somewhere in the back out of sight would be great.

Everything is sold out, on Saturday once all the paid cars are in the lot we'll see if we have more room for a few more.

Park behind the oil shop next door. There are usually open spots there. Then you are not blocking our lot (which was pretty full last night) and you can still hang out with everyone.

My 8 month old was up all night last night sick & screaming and has thrown up 3 times already today so I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get out tonight or not. If I do, I'll stop by.
