Brake Light / Turn signal issues with 1999 Tahoe

My wife's Tahoe keeps having interment turn signal and brake light issues. I have replaced all the bulbs but it doesn't fix it. I even replaced the relay but that did nothing.
Anyone dealt with this before on these vehicles?

What is the CHMSL? If you open and shut the Tailgate it seems to work awhile then goes back to not working.

Right now it is only the passenger side rear. If I take everything apart (As IF to replace the bulb) and put it back together it seems to work for a day or so then goes out again.

ohh. thought you meant none of them work. center high mount stop lamp.
the boards inside the tail lamps have been know to cause issues.

That is what I am starting to think. Do you just cut the pigtail and wire in new light bulb piece? Can you buy new or junkyard part?
