brain surgeon with arachnoid cyst experience on east side of state?

anyone familiar? have one in my posterior fossa 3.5x2.5x1.7cm, experiencing never ending cranial pressure, migrane, vision distortion. No doctors here on the west side will admit it's a problem, however no other problems can be found.
 
I would say get ahold of a brain specialist at the University of Michigan.... That's my only advise. Hope everything turns out good for you.
 
Try looking up Dr. Stephen Kalkanis from Henry Ford Hospital West Bloomfield. VERY good back ground and credentials. I know he does a lot with tumors but I am sure that he would be able to assist you with your problem. He is very well known and respected in his field.
 
i'll check him out, can't be going hospital to hospital to hospital though for "consultations"... I need these guys to weigh in on my imaging and tell me their opinions *frustrated*
