Does anyone know of a place in metro Detroit that can test a tank. My supplier won't fill it because it's past the expiration date

Check with your local dive shop . They send them out all the time .

Can also stop around your local fire department and ask them who they use.

The scuba shops are what I was thinking also but when I called they all said it was liability. What a pain in the ass it has turned out I be. I guess I will have to starts looking for a fill station of my own.
