blue smoke, clacking, oil pressure issues

My 91 t-bird 5.0 has about 200,000 miles. The problems is the motor is clacking! like a lifter or value. The car has bad blow-by oil everywhere under the car. The oil pressure drops after 20 minutes. so about a couple of weeks the cars sound horrible like a rod until i put oil in it then it stops back to the normal tapping.

I dont have any other car to drive so im trying to figure out if the motor is bad. or the oil is shot. or the motor needs rebuilt. I have a e-303 cam. and some other stuff for it. i know the rings and pistons need to be redone so im trying to go on a budget.

Any advice? I may sell it.
 
sounds like the motor is wore out. you might be better off getting another car unless you really like that one then a junkyard motor or rebuild would be the way to go
 
not really i have a sc rear and front bumper and different side panels i put on because the quarter panel at the bottom is eaten up. no dents! custom headlamps and led tails and spoiler i put on. I may change the trunk with a 97 one.
 
id say buy a new car and part this one out for what you can get and scrap the rest or if you can get a motor from a salvage yard and hope for the best
