Blower car won't restart, tune related?

Specs on the car:
99 Cobra
Vortech S-trim, 10.5lbs (at 6000rpm)
Power Pipe
50lb injectors
80mm MAF
Previously Ford GT (supercar) fuel pump, now Denso ~255lph
KB BAP
Dyno tuned w/ SCT chip

Background:
I shattered the rearend recently. The car has been down since then. I pulled the whole subframe down, installed a new diff (Torsen T2R and 4.10s) and halfshafts and put everything back in. I also installed a new fuel pump because my last one couldn't keep up (which is why my tuner cut my limiter to 6200rpm). I kept the catback off and started it up. I let it warm up to operating temp, resting at a 950-1000rpm idle.

I took the car around the block and everything was fine, felt really nice. I'm headed home, the car is around 3000-3500rpm, and I let the clutch out. The rpms drop and the car stalls out going about 25mph. This is not unheard of for the car, tuner said its the MAF and some weird phenomenon. I normally brake and stay in gear to make sure it doesn't happen. Anyway, even when it does stall out, I can just pop the clutch while the car is rolling and it starts back up, or I can crank the starter and its perfectly fine again.

Today, this is not the case. The car turns over and over but refuses to start up. I tried to run the codes with an SCT X2 flasher and the flasher says it can't read them.

Anyone have any ideas? I would appreciate any feedback.

Yea, just double checked the fuel inertia switch. I can hear the fuel pump priming when I turn to the "on" position. I also just checked the plugs on the driver side bank (easier to get to) and they're fine, and not covered in unburnt fuel. This means I didn't flood it, which is what I was initially expecting.

Did the chip get knocked out of the PCM ?? I would check that. Do you have a flashing Security light ?

Well, its fuel related so far.

Sean, I'm pretty sure you were in the shop last night when I was talkin to greg. I didn't think to check the chip but I will tonight when I get home. If thats what it is, it'll suck pretty bad. After a new computer is put in, is there any way to get rid of the security light?

I can hear the fuel pump turn on and prime. The fuel rail is seeing pressure. The injectors are getting pulse. There is spark. I threw some starting fluid in the intake and it started, so something is going on with the fuel system.

I pulled the tank last night and checked everything. Everything looks fine but I'm going to just bite the bullet and pick up an 03/04 dual pump setup which should hold me for awhile (what I should have done to begin with).

You do have fuekl and spark ??? do a compression check. It is highly unlikely but entirely possiable that a timing chain went. Bro I haven't been at the shop since saturday. Check the pub my old lady had a organ transplant yesterday.

Shit, I didn't see that. Hope everything turns out ok.

I do have fuel and spark. I would have done a comp check on it last night but I don't have the equipment.

The only reason I have for ruling out timing is that the car started with ether, and sounded healthy for those couple of seconds.

Hmmm is the security light on or blinking if you turn the key on ?

Turn key on the security light should come on then turn off.

I'll be checking that when I get home tonight. I'm going to make sure the chip didn't pop out of the computer and see if the security light stays on. What has me puzzled is if I'm seeing injector pulse and spark, that would mean that the computer is working. Whether its working correctly is up for discussion, but it is working. Also, for the engine to start on ether, spark and the engine sensors (crank pos sensor, cam pos sensor, etc.) would have to be working correctly.

I belive the engine will try to start and will have spark but no fuel in anti theft mode. The Fuel pump could have some sort of issue though. Ruptured hose. Do you have a fuel pressure guage.

I pulled the tank and inspected the pump last night. Everything looks tip top but I'll be replacing it anyway. I do not have a fuel pressure gauge.

if you were by the shop yesterday, that was me in there

No, I called the shop and I thought Sean picked it up but it could've been you. I would've known it was Sean if I saw him there, grizzly MFer.

Just checked the computer/chip/THEFT light. Everything is perfectly fine. The chip is secure and the THEFT light turns off with a key in the on position.

I also didn't realize the 03/04 setup was so darn expensive. Not sure what I'm going to do about a fuel pump now.

Ya, its alot, thats what i didnt do that yet.

Try the 255? It seems to be working so far for me. Just have to install it correctly.

Other than that, im out of ideas, other than to the basics that you changed your fuel pump and now you have problems..

Well my module is so hacked up now I'll need a new one regardless. I've had three different pump setups in there, each time I had to make them fit, lol.
