Black people....

Anyone live in ann arbor? Been numberous times where there is not a cross walk in sight and white/asian/black students will walk out into the road, look at you, and expect you to stop. Back when my mustang was running i used to start slowing down, put the clutch in and did a little heel and toe work to pop the rear tires loose (still slowing down under control though) just to scare the shit out of them. After a semester people would hear me coming, step out, then step back onto the curb.

What races like who isnt a big deal to me. Its how people are raised. Some are raised to like everyone, some are raised to only like what you see in the mirror. Personally, im mixed so i wish everyone would get the fuck past race.

The finger waving/yelling/etc is something from the "hood". The bigger problem is that there are many more educated black women than black men. For every white girl who will cook, clean, and give some lovin, there's a black girl who will too. Why cant people just be attracted to a different race? This country is so stuck on pointing fingers at people's skin color. I have white friends and black friends who both hav e parents who would disapprove of them bringing home the opposite race...until those generations die off and parents accept any race for their child, racism will exist.

Swimming is pretty obvious. How many black kids parents know how to swim? It doesnt take anything more than 2 generations to go back to a time where this country treated blacks a completely different way than it is today. And now a days its hit or miss on what people can swim...not what races. The playing field is leveling off on what resources are available for what races. I think the only one lacking is education.

Besides, im black and white. I only have 1 black friend who cant swim. I was raised in southfield and went to southfield schools (95% black). So those stereotypes are sinking fast....

black chicks are hot

Why can't 99% of white people dance?

They can, just not to hip hop/rhythm types of music. Go watch the David Chapelle show with John Mayer where they go around and play drums/beats/rhythm and then go play an electric guitar. Black people's history is based on songs, beats, rhythm and dancing. Thats the type of stuff you need to grow up on to be able to "dance".

When it comes to structured dancing, white people can dance. Same thing applies to salsa dancing...thats the type of dancing that those people in that race grew up on.

Go find a white kid growing up surrounded by blacks and black culture, their odds of being able to dance are MUCH higher.

EDIT:

CURVEBALL! Why cant 5% of black people dance????????????????

When I leave school, I'm driving down Gratiot around 15 mile rd...there are ALWAYS people crossing the street, not in a crosswalk. They walk very slow, and from what it looks like when I'm coming at them at 50MPH, they are the least bit concerned if I will hit them or not. They don't speed up.

But....I see both colors doing it. It's annoying either way. The biggest problem with it, is it's dark outside, and sometimes you don't see them til the last second.

I live right there and I never slow down. I love the look on people's faces like I'm in the wrong.

Being older I've seen the de-evolution of society. From my experience as a boss and just as a guy, it's not so much a race thing as a cultural thing.

Let me explain. Kids from urban areas tend to have the attitude that's being discussed here. It appears to be a black thing because it's in the cities. It's not. As a boss, I can tell you that when I hired a kid from the hood, they almost never made it. The attitude of money for nothing was very prevalent. Their work ethic absolutely sucked. Kids from the country tended to have been brought up a bit more "old fashioned". They have structure in there lives and discipline. When I hired one of these kids, they almost always made it. Skin color had nothing to do with it. It's about up bringing, family, rules, and discipline.

Now of curse there are ALWAYS exceptions to the rule. One of my very best employees was a black kid from the hood. But I'm sure that the difference with him is that he was raised like a country kid. He has both parents. They work. And there was a strong sense of discipline in his home. He wasn't allowed to be a ghetto nigger" (his words not mine). I think so much of this young man, that he's not only an employee of mine, he's a family friend. He's down all the time and hang's out with my family, and sons. I even call him my son. He's a great kid.

Not getting out of the way of cars isn't a racial thing, it's a societal Darwinism issue. I have seen the 'badass' kids who walk slowly, don't move, etc. They have the mistaken impression that if someone hits them it's ok, since they can just sue. (This is what some ass told me on time.) Problem is that a lot of people aren't insured and don't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it from. (Ask Stalked RT.)

If you're stupid enough to take your skinny ass 160# frame and go up against a 2 ton car, you're arrogant and stupid, and deserve to get hit. I weigh almost 300# and I get out of the damned way when cars are approaching. What if who's driving isn't paying attention? Then you've died for nothing. Stupid.

Yes, it's mostly an east coast (ie -NYC) thing - where some people from major cities expect traffic to yield to pedestrians. It doesn't always work that way. LOL

1) So they can get hit, sue, and live off the settlement.
2) Because fat white woman must eat and cook good. Free food.
3) Its medical science that black peoples bodies are built more dense than white people. Thicker, heavier bones, different muscle construction, and less body fat for the most part.
