Its not electric, its just one of those thin aluminum bladed fans. Its really thin for if you have to squeeze it into a tight space.

how much? what casting number are the heads?

The heads ill take 50 bucks for, they have been run but not for very long. The Springs Are just the fronts because the backs are still on the car right now. I think maybe 40 bucks for them? They are almost brand new as well.
