best way to find out what my credit score is?

I would like to find out my credit score but have never done it before. Any suggestions?

I forget, but if that is the free one ,you have to pay for your actual credit score. You only get your credit "report" for free.

www.freecreditreport.com is what I used. You get a free report but have to remember to cancel otherwise you are enrolled in a credit protection program that costs like $12 or $13 a month.
