Best Programmer?

The boyfriend bought an 06 Impala SS (5.3L v8) to replace his old car (totaled in an accident this spring...dumb Midland drivers) and is thinking about buying a programmer for it...any recommendations my esteemed MM friends? Please & thank you.

None of the hand held programmers are great. We can do a street tune on them (IE: Not on the dyno) for a decent price that will be leaps and bounds better than any handheld. www.livernoismotorsports.com
