Looking to get an alignment done on my Camaro. Hoping to find a place that's experienced with doing alignments on vehicles other than just Honda Accords and Buick LeSabres. I'm located in Sterling Heights and work in Troy, anywhere nearby is fine.

Thanks.

Unless your looking for some race car shit, just go to Belle Tire.

I took my 2002 Firehawk to Belle Tire once and they said they couldn't align it. Something about a special tool to hold one control arm mount while they shifted the other. Sounded like BS to me. I ended up at AC tire and they didn't have a problem doing it but they charged me hourly, not the advertised 49.99 or whatever.

There is s tool for f-body's but if you can't figure out how to do it without it you probably should be a live tech lol

Yea, that was part of my thinking too! Never doing an alignment at that place again. I think with a place like Belle Tire you get hit or miss talent on the alignment rack. I had a miss.

Belle Tire on Van Dyke south of 23 did well on my Camaro a couple of years back. I actually gave them the specs I wanted it aligned to (not just the factory specs), and they got it in there based on the computer printout. My car is lowered too, had no problem getting it on the rack. Charged me the standard flat rate.
