Are you guys spraying on the Raptor & Monstaliner?
What about using POR15 instead or as a "base coat"?[/QUOTE
I plan to treat the metal first ... every Escape I see has Issues on the Rear wheel lips ...
also plan to shoot the bottom of my (53 ) after rolling on POR15

If your going use POR dont plan to recoat it with anything...its difficult to get a topcoat to stick to POR
I used Raptor Liner on the bottom of my race car when it was on the rotisserie....came out incredible. If you play with air pressure and distance you can get it to spray real fine. I can text you some pics how it came out.

That isn't good to hear - I was thinking of using the POR15 as a
rust sealer / primer, then painting over it?
I'd be interested in seeing pics - I really want a very fine pattern. That's one of the reasons I was considering Monstaliner, is I've seen it thinned out a lot and rolled on via several coats with a "fine" high density white foam roller. Just seems like rolling it that thin, with one of those white foam rollers, would be a shitton of time and work!
^^^^ Wow, did that ever turn out nice!
I'm just bummed that it looks like I can't use
the POR15 as I wanted to.
