Sorry, I can't find the statute you are referring to. Can you post/link to it? Or was this a "word of mouth" thing that someone told you? :dontknow:
 
We have a completely unmarked white crown vic here in milan, Is supposed to be a "Command Unit" for the cheifs use only, but it has pulled people over before.... maybe they just call back up for a marked unit? i dono? i mean what do you think they would do if the cheif was in an unmarked unit and someone passed by going 20 over? obviously they can get away with it....they are nothing but sneaky bastards....but im going to be on someday so i guess i shouldnt call names...
